Simple Vertical Subdivision – The subdivision of an existing property not less than a half-acre (21,780 sqft) in size into legal surface, sub-surface, and/or air space parcels to enable the transfer of ownership of portions of the lot that are vertically separated by simple planes across the entire extent of the lot.beyond simple connection to existing utilities).
